By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. The materials and pictures contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark laws.


The cost of shipping will be determined by the freight company.  No more, no less.  Unless a “Free Shipping” service is extended to your order, ITPartsHelp will pay the cost of shipping in full.  We will not charge a handling fee.  We ship within 1-2 business days after your payment has been received and has been cleared.

International orders will be shipped via USPS International Express Mail.  We do not ship first class mail since this method of shipping is not traceable.  We can also ship via UPS, DHL and Federal Express using the customers account number.  Free shipping is only being offered to customers located within the continental United States at this time.

International Payment Terms:

Payment terms for international sales are prepayment by wire transfer, U.S. dollars only. We do not accept international credit card payments nor Letters of Credit (L/Cs). Customer is responsible for all fees deducted from wire transfer payments, including sending and intermediary bank fees. Please indicate “No Fees to Beneficiary” in the Reference Section or other appropriate section of your wire transfer advice. Customer is also responsible for short payments resulting from fluctuations in currency conversions. Prior to shipment, ITPartsHelp will advise customer of modifications to orders that are necessary because of short payments received.  Please remember ITPartsHelp is not responsible for any customs or duty charges that may be incurred in your receiving country.

Manufacturer Direct Warranties:

If there is a Manufacturer Direct Warranty on your item, please return it directly to the Manufacturer. Unless the unit was DOA (within 7 days after receipt), then the seller will replace the item or provide a full refund if a replacement is not possible.

Warranty Limitations:

ITPartsHelp cannot warrant an item that has been improperly used or physically damaged. All product is subject to a 10 day Good/Unsued return policy. No product will be accepted as good/unsed after 10 day period.


We will go the extra mile to make ITPartsHelp the best shopping experience for you.  Therefore, if you have any problems with an item you purchased, please contact us immediately.  Returns are accepted only if you receive an item and it is not as described. We will replace the item or issue a full refund; and unlike most sellers, we will reimburse your shipping charges as well.  If you are returning a good item and the box has NOT been opened, there will be a 25% restocking fee assessed. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Refusal Of Shipment:

If a shipment is refused for any reason, or the receiving parting is unavailable to sign for the product, the customer is responsible for the freight charge that was incurred. We also reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee which we may choose to waive depending on the circumstance.

Purpose Use Of Equipment:

We cannot warrant any product as fit for any particular use or purpose.  We strongly recommend customers evaluate a sample unit to determine by their criteria whether a product will work in their configuration. We strongly recommend the buyer consult with manufacture of said product. In the world of electronics there are many products that may be incompatible with a certain brand or certain parts.  In cases like this it is your responsibility to resell the product into a standard application in which the part will work.  We are unable to take parts back because they will not work in a particular brand product if they function correctly in others.

Modification Of These Terms Of Use

ITPartsHelp, reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the ITPartsHelp Web Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the ITPartsHelp Web Site.


Although we always try to upload the original picture of the item, we sometimes need to improvise.  But rest assure that over 90% of our images are original, and of the actual part.  We maintain over 40,000 items in stock.  Parts and equipment come in, and then they go out.  So you can imagine what our team goes through in order to keep this website up to date!  And they do an excellent job at it!  :)  We thank you for being a loyal customer.

We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.  But sometimes we may have a limited crew available to answer your emails.
